Annemarie's training, as a former sous chef in our award-winning Tasting Room, ensures that she is perfectly equipped to handle everything from restaurant bookings to the creation of unique culinary experiences. Annemarie will share our techniques, philosophy, secret tips, tricks and stories as well as introducing characters and stories of the Franschhoek valley to all culinary guests.
